OMNI Orthopaedic’s Insurance Specialist position provides physician/patient support in all aspects of account receivables and accounts payable while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced work environment.

Essential Functions

  • Maintains prompt and regular attendance.
  • Communicates effectively with coworkers.
  • Invaluable customer service skills.
  • Administrative duties include:
  1. Posting payments, Charge entry, Adjustments, Insurance appeals, Precertification/authorization, Refunds, and AR accountability
  2. Communication between Physicians and Patients via telephone or in person
  3. Any/all tasks assigned by Coordinator or Management
