Description

OMNI Orthopaedic’s Precertification Specialist position provides physician, team and patient support in all aspects of obtaining precertification while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced work environment.

Essential Functions

  • Maintains prompt and regular attendance.
  • Communicates effectively with Physicians and staff.
  • Invaluable customer service skills.
  • Administrative duties include obtiaining precertifications for:
  1. Surgical procedures
  2. MRIs
  3. Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
